Scope and developer
This policy covers the nebri iOS app and this website. The data controller is independent developer PINGPING MA. The app does not require a nebri account, offer journal cloud synchronization, or include advertising or behavioral analytics services.
Information processed on your device
Dates, drinking entries, moods, notes, weight, energy, photos, nickname, avatar, books and preferences are processed on your device. The feedback endpoint does not automatically collect your entries. Photo, camera and notification permissions serve the features you choose and can be managed in system settings.
Backups and Apple services
Content is passed to your chosen Photos or Files destination only when you choose to export or save it. Apple provides cloud storage when you choose iCloud Drive. Apple handles trials, purchases, restoration and account verification. The app uses transaction information returned by Apple to determine access; the developer does not receive your payment-card details or Apple password.
Feedback you choose to submit
Only when you submit feedback do we send your message, optional contact details, interface language and app (or web form) version to handle your request and reply. Do not include passwords, payment information or unnecessary health or journal details. The website is hosted on a Tencent Cloud server in Shanghai. Web feedback travels over an encrypted connection to a separate feedback service on the same server and then to the developer’s Tencent enterprise mailbox. Providers process IP addresses and other network information needed for connections and security. The feedback service does not write message bodies to application logs or a database; rate-limit counters are held in memory. Email and providers’ infrastructure records are subject to mailbox management and provider policies respectively.
Contact by email
The app only displays info@getnebri.top and lets you copy it. It does not automatically send email or attach device records. If you email us, the developer receives your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to include, to handle and reply to your request. ImprovMX forwards the email to the developer’s Tencent enterprise mailbox. These providers process message content, headers and logs needed for delivery. Processing may occur in mainland China and other countries. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary health or journal information.
Retention and security
Local records remain until you delete them or the system removes the relevant app data. System backups may also include app data, depending on your Apple settings. Manage exported files, photo copies and system backups separately. Feedback emails are retained only as needed to resolve requests, follow up and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Mail providers retain logs and backups under their policies and actual settings. We restrict access to the feedback mailbox, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can edit or delete records in the app, manage permissions in system settings and delete exported copies yourself. Deleting a journal does not delete its original records. Email info@getnebri.top to request access, correction or deletion of feedback received by the developer, or to exercise other applicable privacy rights. We may request necessary information to verify your request; do not send passwords. The developer cannot read or recover local records you have not provided to us.
